A hearty breakfast dish made from slow-cooked fava (broad) beans,mashed and seasoned with olive oil, lemonjuice, tumeric, garlic,and cumin, then served with pita bread and berbere, fresh garnishes like hardboiled Egg , chopped onions, diced chili peppers, drizzled Sesame Oil and tomatoes.
